| Rails to Riches Rail Jam and Party at the Peak | | 12/16/2006 | The Second Annual Rails to Riches Rail Jam featuring a $15,000 cash prize purse will be held on Saturday, December 16. Skiers and riders are invited to participate in the open jam format. The qualifiers will consist of a limited number of skiers and riders and will feature riders in the morning and skiers in the afternoon. The venue will be set up on the lower portion of Highline, an easy walk for competitors and spectators from the K-1 Lodge.
The excitement will undoubtedly peak during the finals of the competition which will take place under the lights and consist of an hour-long open jam session while a bonfire burns nearby. Winners will be crowned at the conclusion of the rail jam followed by a fireworks display set to light up the December sky over Killington Resort. The finals will begin at 5:00 p.m. with fireworks slated to start at 6:15 p.m.
Saturday night's Party at the Peak will be the perfect way to celebrate the conclusion of the rail jam. The Party at the Peak will take place from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The K-1 Gondola will be transporting partygoers up and down the mountain to the event. The party will include a DJ, a free screening of Matchstick Productions new movie Push (set to start at 7:30 p.m.) and a cash bar.

| National Safety Awareness Week | | 01/13/2007 - 01/19/2007 | National Safety Awareness Week returns to Killington Resort January 13-19, 2007 reminding skiers and snowboarders of the "Heads Up - Know the Code " campaign geared towards educating skiers and riders of all ages about safety awareness on the slopes.
Many Killington employees will be helping to promote this event through a variety of special events, giveaways and promotions. Supporters such as R.E.D, SMITH, Boeri, and GIRO will be on site for helmet demos and kids will be able to participate in fun and educational activities such as a poster contest.

| Sports Illustrated Kids NextSnow SEARCH Qualifier | | 01/15/2007 | The Sports Illustrated For Kids Next snow SEARCH is not just a competition. Style, attitude, and personality count as well as all-round skiing and riding ability. There is only one class of competition that includes boys and girls, skiers and snowboarders, and everyone else interested in participating, including adaptive athletes. The only requirement is that you are between the ages of 9-13.
The SEARCH is the first all-around, all-mountain, all-people competition to make the 2007 Sports Illustrated For Kids Next Snow Team. There is a limit of 100 competitors so be sure to sing up in advance (check back for online registration) Competitors will be required to pay a $10 event fee and have a valid lift ticket or season pass for the day of competition. Competitors will be allowed to sign up the day of the event, if space is still available.
The competition will feature rails, slopestyle and pipe. Free pizza will be provided after the competition for all athletes followed by the announcement of the overall winners and prize raffle. |

| 5th Annual Dead Presidents Rail Jam presented by Bud Light | | 02/18/2007 | The Dead Presidents Rail Jam will keep the same competitor judged format you have known for the past four years. Everyone has a chance to win money and prizes from our sponsors. The event format will feature three rails set up on the rail set up at the bottom of Outer Limits. Each rail will be featured for about a half hour and will run in an open jam format. At the end of the half hour the top three skiers and top three riders will be singled out by the judges and they will then compete in a one trick showdown. The tricks by the skiers and riders will then be judged by the competitors and the best trick for each, the skier and the rider, will walk away with the cash prize.
This format will continue for the remaining two rails. At the conclusion of the third rail the competitors will move inside for a free competitor pizza party. Prizes will then be awarded for the over all best skiers and riders of the day.

| 11th Annual Mardi Gras Party at the Wobbly Barn | | 02/20/2007 | The Wobbly Barn is the place to be to celebrate Mardi Gras at Killington. Costumes are required so be sure to wear plenty of purple, green and gold. Mask making will be happening at the K-1 Lodge from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. for those in need of a costume. Masks and decorating supplies, sequins, feathers, pipecleaners, glue etc. will be available for free so you can get creative with your mask.
For the evening you will want to head to the Wobbly Barn to party in style. The Noble and Ancient Krewe of The Roostertail and The Wobbly Barn Steakhouse will proudly present Kid Money's Annual Mardi Gras Ball on Fat Tuesday, February 20th!
If you're still wasting your time down in New Orleans, you obviously haven't seen "The Kid" and his Krewe put on their Mardi Gras Extravaganza! The Wobbly Barn will again be the only place in K-Town to see an authentic Mardi Gras Parade, King Cake Ceremony and listen to the "foot-stomping," Louisiana style zydeco! COSTUMES ARE REQUIRED so don your Purple, Green and Gold Mardi Gras garb and you could be crowned The Krewe of The Roostertail's Mardi Gras King and Queen for 2007! Feather Boas, Sequins, Masks, Beads...goes but you must be "In The Mardi Gras Spirit."
The Chef, as always, will be serving a special "Queen's Dinner" menu in the Steakhouse with incredible Creole and Cajun selections.
Everyone is welcome and all ages are invited to dine in the Steakhouse, but you must be at least 21 and in costume to attend the craziness upstairs in the Nightclub! Local Yokel and Season Pass holders will be the guests of Kid Money for the upstairs festivities! Doors open at 8:00. So get your Krewe together and plan on being at The Wobbly Barn for Fat Tuesday, February 20th. |

| Sports Illustrated Kids NextSnow SEARCH National Finals | | 03/02/2007 - 03/04/2007 | The finals of the Next Snow SEARCH is the culmination of a nationwide search for the best skiers and riders ages 9-13 years old. Over 100 athletes will compete in on snow activities that include slopetstyle, carving, gates, superpipe and much more. This event is much more than just a competition, it is an all around on snow festival. There will be a sponsor village with music set up on the deck of the Bear Lodge and ice cave for the kids.
Don't miss Saturday night's big air competition complete with laser show, torchlight parade, on snow cartoon show and fireworks. Saturday night's events start at 6:00 p.m. |

| Boarding For Breast Cancer Rail Jam - Riders Only | | 03/08/2007 - 03/10/2007 | This weekend is dedicated to raising money and awareness to help fight breast cancer. All money raised will be split between Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) and the Rutland Regional Breast Care Center. Please join us for all the fun and help us meet our goal of raising $25,000 over the weekend.

On Thursday March 8th head to the Wobbly Barn Bachelor Auction and Silent Auction from 8:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Killington's most eligible and stylish men put themselves on the auction block and "strut their stuff" at The Wobbly Barn"s "Ultimate Girl"s Night Out!" Each dashing bachelor comes with an incredible "Dream Date" which includes dinner at one of Killington"s finest restaurants and a special gift for the highest bidder. | Sprint U.S. Freestyle Championships | | 03/22/2007 - 03/25/2007 | More than 200 of the top freestyle and new school athletes from across the country will compete in moguls, aerials and superpipe.
The four-day event will kick off on Thursday, March 22 with superpipe competition, followed by single moguls on March 23, aerials on March 24 and dual moguls on March 25. All events will take place at Bear Mountain with Outer Limits, the steepest, longest mogul run in the East, as the venue for both moguls and aerials. Aside from the athletic competition, live music and a product expo and festival will take place in and around the Bear Mountain Lodge.
In addition to the athletes and their friends and family, fans from across New England and beyond are expected to attend the spectator-friendly event that will also feature an opening ceremony and numerous opportunities for supporters to seek autographs from their favorite athletes.

| 27th Annual Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge Presented by Bud Light | | 03/31/2007 - 04/01/2007 | One of the most exciting events of the season returns for the 27th year. Join thousands of spectators at Bear Mountain to cheer on 200 amateur bumpers on Outer Limits.
On Saturday, starting at 10:00 a.m. each competitor will get one qualifying run. Competitors will start in bib order. After Saturday s event, prizes will be given to the first, second, and third place winners in each category at the outdoor stage at Bear Lodge. The top 32 men and 16 women will return to compete in the finals on Sunday. Pairings for Sunday s first run will be arranged tennis tournament style.
On Sunday, starting at 11:00 a.m. pairs of competitors will run a dual course with sudden death elimination until only the winners remain. Awards will be presented to the first, second, third and fourth place overall male and female winners. The 1st 4th place winners names will be engraved on the Bear Mountain Mogul Challenge trophy. |

| 14th Annual Spring Loaded | | 04/07/2007 - 04/08/2007 | Join hundreds of snowboarders in the final events of the season for superpipe, rails and slopestyle. Saturday hit the pipe for the pipe competition, Saturday night is the rider only night rail jam (qualifiers will be held on Saturday morning and afternoon) and Sunday it s all about showing your stuff in the slopestyle competition. Each day is an on snow party with music and plenty of spectators and competitors. Pros compete for a $5000 cash purse and amateurs throw down for some great prizes. Pre-registration is required for this event, check back closer to the event for a link to registration.
This event provides entertainment for non snowboarders as well. Look for live bands, outdoor BBQ, great spring skiing and riding, movies, demos and more!

| Easter Sunday Sunrise Service and Easter Egg Hunt | | 04/08/2007 | What better way to start off Easter Sunday than with the Sunrise Service at the Peak? Then get first tracks with the kids as they search for treats left behind by our local Easter Bunny!
Sunrise Service at The Peak
The K-1 Gondola will open at 5:30 a.m. to whisk you to the top of Killington Mountain for an Easter sunrise service. The K-1 Gondola will run from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. The service and the Gondola ride are free to the public. Service starts at 7:00 a.m. immediately followed by a complimentary continental breakfast. Please note, space is limited.
Easter Egg Hunt
The Ramshead Lodge will be visited by the Easter Bunny. Eggs will be hidden inside the lodge as well as on snow near the lodge. Find as many as you can. Each egg contains Easter candy, while a select few eggs may contain prizes such as Summer Adventure Center Tickets, Pico lift vouchers, maybe even a junior or young adult Pico season pass!
A couple of special hunts for the kids ages 2-5 and 6-9 will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Ramshead Lodge.

| 11th Annual Sunshine Daydream Festival | | 04/14/2007 | As a way to welcome in the spring season, Killington will host the 11th Annual Sunshine Daydream Festival, a tribute to the Grateful Dead. This years festival is part of the Bud Light Concert Series and will feature live music all day.
Jerry-followers as well as those who simply enjoy soulful music will find an all-day party plus classic New England spring skiing and riding. Not only is this a chance for guests to get those old tie-dyes and Birkenstocks out of the closet but it's also an opportunity to soak up the spring sun and play in the spring snow. The 11th Annual Sunshine Daydream Festival will feature bands playing Grateful Dead covers during the day. Whether on or off the snow, Deadheads and wanna-be's will find activities for all ages. Ben & Jerry's will be giving out free samples of ice cream, plus there will be a mini shakedown street, drum circles and tie-dyeing. Festivities will be held at the K-1 Lodge from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The event is free, and t-shirts will be available to purchase for tie-dyeing. |

| 26th Annual Pond Skimming | | 04/21/2007 | | A wacky right of spring. Competitor compete for prizes in best overall skim, best splash, best costume and the mysterious judges award. |

| 46th Annual May 1st Fun Slalom | | 05/01/2007 | One last chance for a ski and snowboard race. This event is free with a season pass or lift ticket for the day. Just sign up in the Superstar Pub located at the K-1 Lodge prior to the event. Everyone who completes the slalom course on Superstar will receive a free lift ticket for next season, some restrictions may apply. The top racers will receive extra prizes for their efforts.
Registration will be open from 8:00 a.m. - Noon but is limited to the first 300 people to sign up so get here early. The race course will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Each competitor will run on a first come first serve basis. |
